Why do I need a client-side Project Manager for my project?

- Hiring a professional Project Manager for your project will not only save you all the hassles of dealing with multiple parties, contractors, suppliers on the project, having headaches coordinating all parties to do their jobs on time within your budget, but also will save you the time and effort when problem occurs. A professional Project Manager will alert you with problems at the very early stage to avoid any impact to your budget and program, they will also provide you with several feasible solutions (and their consequences) for you to make a reasonable and educated decision. We fully recommend all of our clients hire a qualified and seasoned project manager on board. (You don't have to hire us, but a good project manager is necessary and critical for the success of your project.)

How much do you normally charge for your project management service?

- Good question, this really depends on the scale of the project. We normally charge our client on %, higher % on lower budgeted project, while lower % on higher budgeted project if that makes sense. Occasionally, we can offer our client hourly rate solution, meaning we will charge by the real-time we spend on your project and send you time sheet to justify our time. To be honest, what we are looking for is a good client relationship and an honest partnership with our client, and we will provide fee proposals case by case, catering for your needs.  

What scale of projects can you PM?

- From 100K - 7M. Anything lower than 100K, we would just recommend you a good builder directly to save your cost. 

What do you need to provide a quote or fee proposal for project management service?

- We need the following information - project scale, a rough budget and a floor plan (if you have, if not then we can also provide you design service.).
